Mailroom and Document Processing Associate The Mailroom and Document Processing Associate is a key member of Strada’s Client Support Services (CSS) team. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end production workflow, ensuring client deliverables are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll work across inbound mail processing, high-speed printing, assembly, shipping, and inventory management.

This position requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and prepare inbound mail by client requirements.

Scan and validate documents using imaging equipment.

Operate high-speed print devices and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers), ensuring quality output.

Stage materials for production, gathering and preparing all required components for final assembly.

Operate inserting equipment and perform manual assembly tasks including folding, collation, and insertion of personalized documents.

Manage postage meters and complete reconciliation activities.

Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including material validation, put away, order pulling, and cycle counts.

Troubleshoot production equipment and perform light maintenance as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet production deadlines and adapt to changing workflow demands.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, internet applications).

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, production, or warehousing.

Experience with production printing, automated inserting, or shipping/receiving preferred.

Strong time management and organizational skills to handle fluctuating workloads.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues quickly and clearly.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, with light overtime during peak production periods.
