You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, dispatching tax professionals to client locations, and serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

  • *Duties
  • Coordinate and dispatch tax professionals to client appointments across Surrey and surrounding areas.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from clients regarding appointments, services, and document requirements.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, optimizing routes and minimizing travel time.
  • Communicate with field staff throughout the day to provide updates and address any issues.
  • Triage client inquiries, providing information or escalating complex questions to senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, client interactions, and appointment logs.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • *Qualifications
  • Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
