**Required Job Qualifications** (5yrs minimum in **role** **plus** 3yrs Agile) **:**
+ **5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 year in a multi-team Scaled Agile Scrum Master role.**
+ Must have worked on internal/external dependency resolution, long range planning, and conflict resolution in multi-team products.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development.
+ Strong understanding and practical experience with Scrum, Kanban frameworks.
+ Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams through complex delivery challenges.
+ Excellent conflict resolution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
