As a valued team member, you'll contribute reliably to clinical operations, deliver high-quality patient care, adhere to compliance standards, and help scale our practice efficiently in a collaborative, structured environment focused on team success and national growth.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Implement established clinical pathways for HRT and controlled substance care in key therapeutic areas<br />Follow evidence-based protocols, safety frameworks, and quality assurance processes to uphold telehealth excellence<br />Leverage tools to support decision-making, streamline workflows, and ensure patient safety at scale<br />Deliver reliable telehealth consultations (asynchronous and synchronous), prescribe controlled substances (consistent with current DEA telemedicine flexibilities), and monitor patient progress via our platform<br />Ensure full compliance with state-specific requirements, including PDMP checks and regulatory standards<br />Collaborate with the team on multi-state expansion, supporting IMLC-enabled licensing and DEA registration<br /><br />Qualifications<br />Board-certified MD with active, unrestricted medical license in at least one US state; clean disciplinary record (required)<br />IMLC participation/LOQ eligibility; existing DEA registration preferred<br />Experience in telehealth, HRT/hormone therapy, or controlled substance prescribing preferred<br />Willingness to complete multi-state licensing (supported via IMLC batch applications)<br />Completion of required 8-hour training on safe opioid/controlled substance prescribing<br />PDMP registration in applicable states; ability to obtain IL CSR if needed<br />Strong commitment to compliance, patient safety, evidence-based care, and collaborative teamwork<br />Comfort with tools and telehealth workflows (asynchronous/synchronous)<br /><br />Working Hours<br />Flexible remote schedule; part-time or full-time options available. Hours aligned with patient demand and platform workflows (typically business hours with some flexibility for asynchronous reviews).
