[Hiring] Inbound Customer Service Agent @GE Appliances, a Haier company

Role Description

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will provide direct support to GE Appliances Owners with a strong focus on sales and service by balancing customer service and inbound sales. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.
  • Providing product information, registration support, and service inquiries.
  • Resolving owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, and referrals.
  • Utilizing multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications.
  • Creating, updating, and retrieving owner records.
  • Providing feedback to Quality and Training.
  • Adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Supporting other parts of the business as directed.

Qualifications

  • One-year relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Strong initiative and ability to resolve owner issues.
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with web-based systems for troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Computer skills including MS Office Suite.

Requirements

  • Dedicated work area that is quiet and spacious for ASI-provided equipment.
  • Local internet provider and an ethernet connection (no Satellite, Pre-paid, or DSL).
  • Internet Speed Requirements:
    • Ping 50 Mbps or lower.
    • Download 50 Mbps or higher.
    • Upload 15 Mbps or higher.
