We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to support daily operations and strategic initiatives within our healthcare organization. Duties
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups
- Handle communications professionally with staff, clients, and partners
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records
- Assist with event planning and company activities
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
