As a result, the company is always looking for like-minded teammates and partners.</p><p>Base Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year</p><p>Must Have</p><ul><li>Completely comfortable both working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner/business needs outside of standard hours whenever they occur.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.</li><li>Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization and follow-through.</li></ul><p>Experience: Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.</p><p>Your Role</p><p>Drive growth and retention across Launch Potato\'s publisher partnerships by leveraging relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaborationmaximizing performance with strategic insight, operational excellence, and a proactive, growth-minded approach.</p><p>Outcomes (Performance Expectations)</p><ul><li><strong>Account Ownership</strong> Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts; manage relationships, optimize campaigns, and increase partner value.</li><li><strong>Campaign Execution</strong> Execute daily campaign operations including creative testing, launches, budget shifts, and pacing with 100% accuracy.</li><li><strong>Performance Optimization</strong> Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights that improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.</li><li><strong>Revenue Growth</strong> Contribute to top-line growth by expanding account opportunities and upselling additional placements or integrations.</li><li><strong>Documentation & Reporting</strong> Maintain organized records of partner communications, test results, and campaign decisions across systems.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong> Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams to scale campaigns and prioritize optimizations.</li><li><strong>Partner Communication</strong> Establish a recurring communication cadence to support retention, strategic alignment, and satisfaction.</li></ul><p>Competencies</p><ul><li><strong>Relationship-Driven</strong> : Builds trust with external partners and internal teams through proactive, clear, and honest communication.</li><li><strong>Data-Literate</strong> : Uses Looker, Excel, and performance dashboards to uncover patterns, optimize outcomes, and make confident decisions.</li><li><strong>Organized Executor</strong> : Manages competing priorities and multiple accounts without dropping details.</li><li><strong>Collaborative Mindset</strong> : Works cross-functionally with speed, humility, and openness to feedback.</li><li><strong>Entrepreneurial</strong> : Seeks growth opportunities within existing partnerships and isn\'t afraid to test new ideas.</li><li><strong>Coachable</strong> : Actively seeks guidance, applies feedback quickly, and shares lessons learned to elevate team knowledge.</li></ul><p>Total Compensation</p><p>Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato\'s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
