PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Curriculum, Planning, and AssessmentTeaches full-time to students in grades 9-12.Promotes the learning and growth of all students by providing high-quality and coherent instruction, designing and administering authentic and meaningful student assessments.Analyzes student performance and growth data, using this data to improve instruction, providing students with constructive feedback on an ongoing basis, and continuously refining learning objectives.Delivers instruction to students in accordance with the Curriculum Frameworks issued by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.Design learning activities that will relate concepts and skills to the physical world and apply to vocational programs where appropriate.Develops lesson plans; maintains a weekly syllabus and a daily agenda.Takes part in curriculum development and revision.
