Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, customer-first service on the sales floor to create an inspiring shopping experience and drive sales. This entry-level retail role supports styling, driving KPIs, and maintaining store presentation while serving as a primary customer contact. The role contributes to store operations, visual standards, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and use tools to drive performance.
  • Connect customers using the store's customer programs and support styling and product education.
  • Assist customers in fitting rooms, maintain store standards, and complete opening/closing tasks.
  • Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Participate in required company trainings and provide product feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
  • Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and maneuver around the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 30 lbs and perform tasks in stock, dressing room, cash wrap, and office areas.
  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
