The Role

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will complete JetBlue's comprehensive paid training program before taking live customer calls. Training covers JetBlue's reservation systems, policies, service recovery protocols, and soft-skill techniques — giving you everything you need to handle the full range of passenger interactions with confidence. After certification, you will join our live support team and take ownership of your customer queue.

What You'll Do

  • Complete JetBlue's multi-week paid virtual training program covering systems, policies, and service standards
  • Pass certification assessments before transitioning to live customer calls
  • Handle inbound passenger inquiries for bookings, flight status, delays, and account management
  • Process changes, refunds, and travel credits in accordance with JetBlue's current policies
  • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and quality calibrations with your team lead
  • Contribute suggestions to improve training materials and team processes during your first 90 days

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or GED required — no prior airline experience necessary
  • Customer-facing experience in any industry is a plus (retail, hospitality, food service)
  • Quick learner who can absorb new systems and policies during structured training
  • Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to receive and apply feedback
  • Strong verbal communication — articulate, friendly, and professional on every call
  • Dedicated home workspace with wired broadband and a USB headset
