We are proud of our diversity and see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Role and responsibilities The QSHE & Facilities Officer role will support the management team by keeping compliance on the governance agenda and supporting to maintain adherence to:legal complianceCompany Health & Safety policies, processes and standardsAny acquired industry accreditations (i.e. ISO, BRC etc.)Compliance with Food Safety Standards if applicableHealth & Safety training requirements including delivering training where appropriate and requiredContractor Control processesFacilities responsibilities Manage external security, catering and cleaning contractors and ensure all legal requirements and safety cadences are metSupport and manage the MHE fleet with central facilitiesSupport all pre-planned maintenance scheduleManage all waste streams for the siteEnsure \"know your building folder\" is trained out and updated regularlyBe familiar with and understand in-country Health & Safety related legislative requirementsExperience of working to legislative, industry accreditations and set company standardsExperience of working with various teams to achieve set targets or goalsExperience of carrying out and facilitating audits of compliance and procedural activities (internal and external)Understand the key principals of facilities management (legislative compliance, PPM & PMC programmes) – Support, Documents and management reportsManage interaction with multiple departments and 3rd party contractorsCompetent with Microsoft Office PackagesOutstanding Organisational SkillsMaersk are pleased to offer relevant training for the role where requiredExperience And Skills Required Having exceptional knowledge and capability to achieve our safe and legal commitmentsMaintaining accreditation standards (i.e. ISO, BRC)Track KPI\'s and provide updates for site management teamStriving for continuous personal developmentTrack KPIs for supplier and contractor performance including the management of Planned Preventative Maintenance activitiesBe familiar with the legislation pertaining to the management of suppliers carrying out maintenance and other activities related to property infrastructuresMonitoring the PPM for the sitesCompleting audits and health checks demonstrating due diligence, finding potential risks and engaging accountable Lead Managers to fix themMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
