Facility Manager
As the Facility Manager, you are responsible for the physical performance and operational excellence of Ford’s UK Real Estate portfolio. Working as a critical partner within the Ford Land 'One Team' structure, you bring the workplace strategy to life.
Your mission is to manage the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contract, ensuring that every light, power system, and utility operates at peak efficiency. You lead the technical teams that maintain our infrastructure—from high-pressure systems to energy management—ensuring that Ford’s facilities are safe, sustainable, and optimised to enhance the employee experience. You are the bridge between high-level strategy and daily operational reality.
IFM Contract & Service Delivery
• IFM Leadership: Manage the UK Integrated Facility Management (IFM) contract, overseeing all outsourced services to ensure they meet performance standards while enhancing the workplace experience.
• Customer Experience: Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a 'customer-first' culture across all sites.
Technical Infrastructure & Maintenance
• Engineering Excellence: Lead building maintenance services, including mechanical, electrical (M&E), and civil repairs to maximize operational efficiency.
