You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests as they arrive at the office.
- Manage phone lines, answer inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff and executives.
