McLean & Company is the fastest growing advisory firm in the world. We are looking for a Director, HR Advisory Services to help us meet external client demand for our research‑informed engagements which help HR leaders tackle their HR challenges. Key responsibilities of this fast‑paced role will include:- Providing high quality HR technology and AI advice and guidance to McLean & Company’s HR clients based on our research, through calls.
- Skilled in using data to drive enterprise‑wide people decisions.
- Facilitating a variety of online and onsite workshops (group process facilitation) tackling talent‑related projects for external HR clients and organizations across a variety of industries and sizes.
- Effectively building and managing relationships with internal & external clients.
- Working with our research team to identify how to further improve the content provided in HR technology and AI.
- Leveraging knowledge and experience to coach other advisors.
- Providing support to our commercial teams.

- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 8+ years of experience with HR Technology (including leading global software implementations, experience with software categories such as HRIS/HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and exposure to AI)
- In addition to specialist knowledge in HR Technology, a depth of knowledge in at least one of the following HR areas is an asset:
- Talent Acquisition
- Workforce planning
- Metrics and Analytics
- Org Design/Structure & HR Structure
- Experience working in large, global organizations as well as multinational organizations with locations in the US (North America, LatAM, South America, Asia Pac)
- A practical and strategic understanding of how HR professionals operate, combined with solid business acumen to have a measurable impact on our members’ operating environments.
- Proven ability to use data to drive people decisions
- Experience leading the strategic execution of HR Technology projects
- Exposure to planning and/or implementation of AI strategies and technologies
- Proven collaboration skills with both internal and external key players to assess needs and scope requirements.
- Excellent listening, communication, and critical thinking skills to advise clients on best practices and next steps in calls.
- Demonstrated success facilitating in-person and online workshops by applying group facilitation techniques to command the attention and interest of diverse HR/leadership audiences and achieve workshop goals.
- Advanced presentation, needs assessment, and client management skills.
