This role involves working with client data from multiple source systems and transforming it into SofterWare products using SQL-based ETL processes. The Data Services Specialist manages a high-volume pipeline of concurrent projects, with workload levels varying with business demand and team assignments. Success in this role requires maintaining consistent project progress, ensuring data accuracy, and effectively guiding clients through required milestones to support timely and successful implementations. This role combines technical execution with client interaction and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills to support a positive onboarding experience and long-term client satisfaction.
