**Client Relationship Manager – Real Estate Experience** **Experience Required** Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Customer Success in any of these. **Employment Type** Full\-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer\-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel Partners throughout their real estate journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, site visit coordination, sales support, and post\-sales relationship management, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to possession. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide timely support throughout the sales cycle. * Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment opportunities. * Schedule, coordinate, and conduct site visits for prospective clients, ensuring a professional and informative property tour experience. * Accompany clients during site visits, explain project features, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and investment benefits. * Follow up with clients after site visits to address queries, gather feedback, and drive conversions. * Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and transaction processing. * Assist clients with booking formalities, documentation, payment schedules, loan coordination, and possession\-related processes. * Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for referrals and repeat business. * Resolve client concerns efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate client records, follow\-up schedules, and sales updates in the CRM system. * Generate referrals and contribute to achieving sales and customer retention targets. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in client relationship management, sales, or customer service. * Proven experience in handling client meetings and conducting property site visits. * Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate projects. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. * Strong negotiation, relationship\-building, and problem\-solving abilities. Preferred Skills * Knowledge of property documentation, registration, and home loan processes. * Experience handling HNI and investor clients. * Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and achieve client engagement and conversion goals.
