Insurance Domain Expert

  • *Role Responsibilities
  • Document end-to-end insurance workflows such as underwriting, claims adjudication, and policy servicing.
  • Review and refine AI-generated workflow transcripts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Create structured examples reflecting real-world insurance decision-making.
  • Validate outputs against industry standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to improve workflow representations.
  • *Qualifications
  • *Must-Have
  • 8+ years in commercial underwriting; CPCU or AU preferred.
  • 6+ years in personal lines underwriting; prior leadership exposure preferred.
  • 8+ years in claims processing & adjudication; AIC or SCLA preferred.
  • 6+ years in Fraud & SIU; CFE certification preferred.
  • 5+ years in policy administration or insurance operations.
  • 6+ years in actuarial & pricing in P&C FCAS or near-credentialed preferred.
  • 6+ years in regulatory compliance or insurance regulatory roles.
  • 5+ years in producer & distribution management in agency operations.
  • 4+ years in submissions & broker processing in underwriting support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly articulate complex workflows.

  • Compensation is structured per completed workflow transcript (treated as individual project-based tasks).
